- A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required at the time of booking.

- We regret that no pets, other than quide dogs, can be accommodated.

- Single use of a double or twin room may be possible depending on availability and will carry a supplement.

- Guests' Rooms will be ready from 2.30pm on the day of arrival.

- Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.

- The hotel operates a NO SMOKING policy throughout the hotel, except in the conservatory. (Please note that as of 1 July 2007 as results of recent legislation the hotel will be completly No smoking).

- Prices quoted are per person per night including full English Breakfast and evening meal where appropriate.

- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
