»  At Pen Island (1st main roundabout) stay in the left lane, and follow the signs for Torquay

»  You will travel through Kingkerswell, remain on this road until you reach Kerswell Gardens

»  At Kerswell Gardens, follow the clearly marked signs for Shiphay by taking the 2nd exit. Continue to the next roundabout

» Take the 1st exit onto Preston Down Rd

» Continue along Preston Down Road by turning right.

» Continue on Upper Headland Park Rd

» Negociate the hard right at the lower section of Headland Park Rd

» Continue along to the end of the road towards the traffic lights.

» Slight right at Seaway Rd, but stay within left lane.

» Continue underneath Railway Bridge.
